COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT WITH BC PROVINCIAL NOMINEE PROGRAM

Together with the City of Lake Country, we have developed a proposal whereby a new downtown market street is created. It will have 80 businesses and 60 – 70 offices and residential units. Most of these operations will qualify under the Regional Business category of the BC Provincial Nominee Program.

Lake Country is ideally located in Okanagan and service about 150,000 plus people which are within 30 miles driving distance. All kinds of businesses will be created in this community. Please review the power point presentation in English or 中文.
